Cacti:Change Time Zone

In cacti console, timestamp is found in UTC format, to fix it,
make change in /etc/php5/apache2/php.ini

date.timezone = 'Canada/Eastern'

    There is a way to have on Cacti GUI diferent graphs with different Timezones? For example I manage an operation where on a single server have UTC +03:00 and UTC -06:00
