Oracle 11g R2 on Solaris 11: Failed to startup Enterprise Manager

 EM cannot be started up properly
Problem:
emdb.nohup:----- Thu May 16 14:12:40 2013::Property 'agentTZRegion' is  missing from  /usr2/app/oracle/product/11.2.0.3/dbserver.goweekend.ca_test/sysman/config/
 emd.properties. This is normal when the agent is started for the very first time.Updating it... -----

Solution:
1. Set TZ environment variable to EST5EDT

2. Edit /usr2/app/oracle/product/11.2.0.3/dbserver.goweekend.ca_test/sysman/config/emd.properties

locate agentTZRegion and modify

agentTZRegion=EST5EDT

3. Stop dbconsole

emctl stop dbconsole
