on the Mangle Tab, add new Mangle Rule
+Chain =forword
+Action=mark connection
+New connection=Block

- Go to IP => Firewall, Onthe filter rules,
add Firewall Rule. Enter parameter value as below :
+Chain =forword
+Connection Mark=Block (created from Mangle)
+Advance
-Content=a.b.c.d (drop your keyword or domain)
+Action =drop
